The peruvian braised beef bowl was a 10/10. Atmosphere was great. A great place for lunch. Absolutely love their variety of options for meals, desserts, and beverages. Roofed-patio seating and indoor seating available

Love the name. I had forgotten it but kept thinking it had something to do with Hippies...then voila, Flower Child came back to me. My second time here and the food and service is still great. Staff is very courteous and attentive to any special need you have for food preparation, just mention what you need. Definitely be back again.

Amazing and healthy food for everyone. The name may make you think hippie but it’s modern healthy that’s doesn’t sacrifice taste I’m a meat eater and loved my steak plus mashed potatoes and Kung pao cauliflower.

Flower Child in OKC is such a refreshing spot! Everything about our visit was wonderful. The atmosphere is bright, cheerful, and welcoming, with a vibe that makes you feel instantly relaxed. Service was fast and friendly, which added to the overall experience. The food was truly the highlight — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. They serve a wide variety of healthy options that don’t sacrifice taste. From the grain bowls and salads to the wraps and sides, everything was vibrant and satisfying. You can tell the ingredients are high-quality and thoughtfully put together. It’s the kind of place where you leave feeling full but not weighed down. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in OKC and want something wholesome, delicious, and a little different from the usual. 🌸

The absolute best experience. Beautiful decor, atmosphere and great staff. I ordered shrimp, garlic mashed potatoes and grilled brussel sprouts (a little too burnt on the edges) I plan to go back every time I visit Oklahoma City. Loved it. ❤️

Fun spot. We really enjoyed the patio and the heaters on a cool but sunny fall day. The whole place has a fresh healthy feel to it. The food on the menu solidifies that feeling. My wife enjoyed the Chopped Vegetable Salad with chicken. I really liked the roasted brussel sprouts & red chilli glazed sweet potato with chicken added on top.

Whatever you have heard about this place that's good, believe it! I have been hearing nothing but good things and I had to check it out with my friend. Very aesthetically pleasing environment, the service is great but the food is absolutely top-tier. It feels healthy! I ordered the three vegetarian sides with brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes and cauliflower risotto, man I was taken aback! Such a simple bowl but packed with so much flavor, Very impressed! The sweet potato fries were a hit as well. Going on a healthy journey, this feels like a place that would offer guilt-free frequent takeouts because of how healthy everything is but also convenient for my busy schedule.

Whether you're plant-based or not, there's something creatively delicious waiting. ​Our Picks: Hubby ordered the Mother Earth Bowl with Tofu, and it was absolutely packed with flavors and incredibly satisfying—a truly nourishing meal. I enjoyed the Black Bean Falafel Wrap, which was equally flavorful. The quality of the ingredients and how perfectly everything is paired together really stands out. ​The Verdict: If you're looking for a healthy, vibrant, and genuinely guilt-free meal, I highly recommend Flower Child.
